When will my order ship?
We ship orders every week, typically on Mondays, once your order is packed and labeled, most orders arrive within 2 business days, depending on where you’re located.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Nope! Your order will arrive in an insulated box with enough ice packs to keep everything frozen. You don’t have to be home to receive it—once you arrive home just unpack your items as soon as you can.
How is the meat packaged for delivery? Your pastured meats are shipped frozen and carefully packaged in an insulated box with specialty ice packs direct from our family farm, so food stays frozen even if you're not home when we deliver.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes, depending on your location, there is a $99 or $125 order minimum to ensure we have enough product in your box to maintain a safe shipping temperature. All orders over $159 ship free, so it’s a great opportunity to stock up and save.
Do I have to subscribe?
Nope—subscriptions are totally optional. If you want the convenience of regular deliveries and a little extra savings, our Subscribe & Save option gives you 5% off each order plus a free bonus item with every box. But you’re always welcome to order one box at a time, whenever you need it.
Who handles the shipping?
For regional and national shipping, we use UPS and FedEx Ground with special insulated packaging to make sure everything arrives safe, frozen, and in great shape.
How does payment work?
Your card will be charged when your order is packed and ready to ship. You’ll get an itemized receipt with final weights. We never charge hidden fees or pad prices—we believe in fair, transparent pricing for every customer.
