If you don’t have the space for a whole or half beef but are still interested in stocking up and saving a little money, then consider our 1/8th beef package.
If you have a smaller family and don’t want the hassle of selecting cuts or driving all the way to the processor to pick up your order, this is the way to go! And you still get an incredible value by purchasing in bulk and saving as much as $12/lb over the cost of our individual retail cuts.
The 1/8th beef package has a total cost of only $450 and will include 45lbs of the highest quality beef you can procure, including:
- 6 steaks from the Ribeye, New York Strip, and Filet trio
- 2 Roasts. Selected from Chuck, Rump, or Round roast selection.
- 2 packages Short Ribs
- 4 lbs. of kabobs, stir-fry meat, or skirt steak
- 20-25 one lb. packages of Ground Beef
- 2 lbs. of Stew Meat
