Honey Garlic Pork Chops

Even those folks who claim not to like pork that much will be fans of this dish! With a nice blend of savory and sweet...with just a little heat in there, this is a dish sure to please the pickiest of eater.
Serve with some potatoes and a veggie of your choice and you'll feel like you're eating at the farm with all the fresh flavors!
Honey Garlic Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 6 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
- 4 Tbsp Honey
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 4 Tbsp coconut aminos or substitute soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp of ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Sweet Baby Ray's Hot Sauce (or hot sauce of your preference)
- 1 Tbsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Place pork chops on a paper towel and pat dry.
- Mix the garlic, honey, coconut aminos, ketchup, hot sauce, and oregano in a bowl.
- Place pork in a large baking dish and pour sauce over pork chops. Place dish to the side to let soak while preparing any sides.
- Using a cast iron skillet on med-high heat, put pork chops in batches, 2-3 at a time browning for 2 minutes on each side. Remember not to crowd the pan.
- Stick the cast iron pan with pork chops in oven for 10-15 minutes until they reach your desired doneness.
- Pull them out of the oven and cover with aluminum foil to rest while you cook the remaining pork chops!
- Plate with your favorite sides and enjoy!
