Honey Garlic Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 4 Tbsp Honey
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 Tbsp coconut aminos or substitute soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp of ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp Sweet Baby Ray's Hot Sauce (or hot sauce of your preference)
  • 1 Tbsp dried oregano

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Place pork chops on a paper towel and pat dry.
  • Mix the garlic, honey, coconut aminos, ketchup, hot sauce, and oregano in a bowl.
  • Place pork in a large baking dish and pour sauce over pork chops. Place dish to the side to let soak while preparing any sides.
  • Using a cast iron skillet on med-high heat, put pork chops in batches, 2-3 at a time browning for 2 minutes on each side. Remember not to crowd the pan.
  • Stick the cast iron pan with pork chops in oven for 10-15 minutes until they reach your desired doneness.
  • Pull them out of the oven and cover with aluminum foil to rest while you cook the remaining pork chops!
  • Plate with your favorite sides and enjoy!
