What happens if I’m not home at the time of delivery?

We ask that you always leave a cooler outside on delivery days. If you’re not home at the time of delivery we will leave your order inside the cooler. A couple of things you can do if you know you won’t be home that will help is to pre-chill your cooler with ice packs or even frozen water bottles will do great! Also, if you can leave the cooler in a shaded spot so it’s not soaking up the sun all day – just make sure it’s somewhere we could find it or make notes on your order to let us know where it will be!

Do you offer free delivery?

Free delivery is included on orders of $100 or more!

What time will you deliver?

Currently we offer delivery on Wednesday. Deliveries will be made in the afternoon so that if you are not home it will minimize the time your order is stored in your cooler. Be sure to include your phone number with your account so that we can contact you in case we have questions about your delivery.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, there is a $35 order minimum to ensure there is enough product packed to maintain a safe temperature…….. Please Note: All orders of $100 or more qualify for Free Home Delivery.

How often do you deliver to my house?

We have divided the local area into different groups organized by zip code and will be alternating groups each week. So you would be able to get home delivery scheduled every other week at this time.

How early do I have to order (before the delivery date)?

The order deadline is the Monday at midnight the week of deliveries.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be charged when your order is packed for delivery.

How can I find out if you deliver to my area?

Our delivery areas are based on zip codes. To see when delivery is available for your area login to your account on our website, and select the link to change your current pickup location near the top control bar. Enter your zip code in the pop-up window and press enter! If delivery is available in your area you should be able to select that option, which will show you the next delivery date for your area. That’s it! Then just start your next order and we’ll get it on the schedule for the next delivery available. If you’re unsure after checking the website, feel free to reach out to us via phone or email, and we can confirm if you’re in our delivery area.
